Addo Platform would like to thank the beautiful humans who have made the launch of Addo Platform’s Summer Intensive 2018 possible. Addo Platform has successfully brought together local and international dance to the Vancouver community by producing a two-week Dance Summer Intensive along with Gaga People classes open to the public. This summer, Addo proudly hosted 23 participants from 5 different countries for the dance workshop and over 200 local visitors for the Gaga People classes - all with such great passion for moving and researching their own artistic voice.

We would like to thank Gaga Movement for supporting us and making this process so beautiful, and to Guy Shomroni and Yasmin Mahmoud, from Batsheva Dance Company, for sharing their love for dance. The Vancouver People and Art community fell in love with you. You are always welcome back to Vancouver, and we are excited to bring you along in future endeavours. - To the memories of the past-and-future together!

Thank you Hayden Fong and Maxine Chadburn for your beautiful energy and for providing our dancers with the knowledge and insight on one of Vancouver’s leading contemporary dance companies ShayKuebler//Radical System Art. It was a pleasure to have you during the second week, and we hope to have you again. It has been groovy! We would like to thank Amy Morrow and Nicolas Ventura for providing Toolbox Series and Gaga People Classes to our dancers and the Vancouver Community. It was a pleasure to see such passionate and artistic souls sharing their art with us.A special thank you to the man of the hour Alvin Collantes, for being so unbelievably passionate about sharing. Thank you for loving and believing in Addo´s vision. Your energy was key to this Summer´s launch and we will keep a warm place for you in our team. We also know that the Vancouver Community will never forget you. We are grateful to have such a beautiful soul a part of the Addo Platform team.

Thank you to the The Dance Centre for hosting us in your beautiful home. You were always welcoming and it was a privilege to have held Addo Platform’s first project in the heart of Vancouver; so much art around this place!

Addo Platform would like to thank The Consulate of Israel in Eastern and Western Canada for supporting us with this great project. You made the cultural exchange between Israel and Canada possible. It was a privilege for Canada to receive such warm artists from Israel. We look forward to what is to come, and connecting the bridge between Israel and Canada in future projects.

Thank you to family, friends, and supporters of Addo Platform for providing us with a home . love . and unending support in our dreams and ambitions. You have enabled us to continue striving towards the future, and proving the community with what we believe will make the difference. Jose Macieira, Matilde Cardoso, Carlos Ventura, Estuardo Ventura Alvin Collantes, Ariel Gilbert  and so many others that came along and have joined us in this journey.

And a special thank you to the ones who truly made this possible and came along this journey. Thank you to the Vancouver community and to the 23 dancers who brought a beautiful energy and shared their passion to move.
